This Sector Scheme Document details the Quality Assurance requirements and occupational competencies for Mobile Lane Closures on motorways and high speed dual carriageways.

Operatives Qualification (advance sign vehicle driver) - is achieved by attending the 2 Day Operative Training Course followed by completion of the 12C Operative Assessments.  As the assessments require live works we work with companies requiring a number of operatives to gain their 12C Operative TM registration card.  Please contact us with your requirements.

Supervisors Qualification (block vehicle driver) - is achieved by attending the 2 Day Supervisor Training Course and is only available to those who already hold the Operative qualification.  As the assessments require live works we work with companies requiring a number of operatives to gain their 12C Supervisor TM registration card.  Please contact us with your requirements.

Planning Officer - qualified 12C Supervisors are considered suitably qualified to hold the role of planning officer as defined in the Sector Scheme document.  It is possible to qualify as a planning officer by attending both the Operative and Supervisor training courses however this option is rarely taken up by our clients.
